Shipped Artwork :
BiyoArt (Biyo LTD) will accept returns of purchased artwork that have been shipped back within 10 days of tracked receipt. Please inform BiyoArt of your return intentions through the various methods of contact information on the About Us page of this website.

PLEASE NOTE : Any and all Special Orders are non-refundable.

PLEASE NOTE : There will be a minimum 15% (Framed) and 25% (Unframed) Restocking Fee associated with return shipments that will be deducted from the original purchase price prior to any monetary refund.

PLEASE NOTE : The Customer is also monetarily responsible for all Return Shipping Fees over and above the Restocking Fees.

Returned, unframed 13x18 artwork can be shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS) at direct Customer expense.

Returned, framed artwork (13x18 and 20x27) as well as unframed 20x27 artwork can be returned (insured for potential damage) via Federal Express Ground service (FedEx; Kinkos) either at direct Customer expense or a drop off Return Material Authorization (RMA) for FedEx can be issued upon Customer request and added on top of the Restocking Fees prior to any monetary refund.

Refunds will be mailed within 30 days of return acceptance in the form of a company check to the purchasing Customer.

BiyoArt takes pride in the quality and condition of our shipped product, please return in kind.

Art Festival Sales :
BiyoArt will accept returns during the actual festival hours of operation of the festival of the artwork sale. The Customer is responsible for all processing fees associated with the sales transaction. Currently charge card transaction fees vary by card at $0.20 - $0.40 per transaction and 1.76% - 2.95% of total transaction. The BiyoArt product must be in the excellent condition in which it was sold.
